D4H + Singlewire: The ultimate way to keep people safe and informed.

Singlewire and D4H are delighted to announce that organizations can now leverage Singlewire's InformaCast emergency notification system and D4H Incident Management together. We've combined two of the world's most powerful technologies to create the ultimate way to keep people safe and informed.

Our two leading incident response solutions have been seamlessly integrated to create one streamlined solution. This integration enables responders to communicate, collaborate, and ensure command throughout any situation; ultimately resulting in better outcomes, more efficient responses, and less paperwork.

With over 15 Million response hours logged annually by many thousands of response personnel around the world, D4H operates the number one software for the readiness, response, and re-evaluation of emergencies and incidents worldwide. Every day, it is our duty to innovate efficiencies within our clients’ response organizations.

Following the tragic events of 9/11, leaders from a US Federal agency contacted Singlewire requesting a solution that would be easy to use, could manage 250 separate paging zones, and wouldn’t bring their phone system down. InformaCast was the answer. The InformaCast emergency notification system has since been implemented by organizations around the world to assist with their safety and security.

“When two industry leaders form a global partnership, it has a significant impact on the industry. Singlewire and D4H can now be used together by our combined hundreds of thousands of first responders and emergency managers. While it is their duty to serve, it is our duty to innovate for them. It is our duty to help them to be ready, to help them to respond effectively, and to help them re-evaluate how to be more effective and safer the next time”

Robin Blandford, Director, D4H.

The Benefits

1. Readiness - Notify the right people

Too often, effective responses are hindered as organizations are forced to use numerous disconnected systems including personnel management, mass notification, incident management, among others. This integration eliminates the need for multiple systems that cannot communicate with each other.

2. Response - Launch and manage incidents with ease and reliability.

Launch and manage incidents from within a single interface. Within D4H Incident Management, you can send Singlewire mass-notifications by SMS and Email to the public, campus population, staff, and your response team, without ever switching software.

Our ‘Share by Mass-Notification’ button on any form, document, or status-board will create a secure link that can be automatically delivered by Singlewire and opened on any mobile device. The content will automatically update throughout the incident for the recipient. Example content includes Situation Reports, ICS Forms, Briefings, Public Notifications, and Action Plans.

3. Re-evaluation - Reporting, auditing, and analysis.

A more effective response is achieved through incident re-evaluation and audit. We will automatically log all your incident notifications sent through Singlewire directly into your ICS forms and event logs. All communications are automatically recorded within the mandatory ICS 214 Incident Activity Log. If you can demonstrate you had all the information available to your organization at the time, you can back-up and justify your decisions. You may have successfully reduced damage to property, people, and the environment, but we all know you are still far from finished with the administration - we’ve helped make this easier with D4H Incident Reporting.
